Delivery from stock and production of individually configured furniture

Most of our small pieces of furniture can be delivered from stock, while larger pieces are made to order, tailor-made, and individually configured. The lead time for the production of individually configured furniture (size, wood species, material combinations, etc.) is 8-10 weeks, which we confirm in our confirmation after the order.

Parcels under 30 kg, easily handled and lifted by one person, are delivered by courier service and arrive within a few days of ordering within Europe.

Furniture that weighs more cannot be delivered as parcels are sent to our customers by courier. The delivery method and the choice of a delivery company depend on the size and weight of the furniture to be delivered and the delivery location and is therefore, difficult to generalize. Therefore, please ask for our delivery offer.

Our furniture is always dispatched as insured parcels.

Our furniture can only be purchased through our distribution partners in countries where we work with distribution partners. Our distribution partners then carry out delivery and possible assembly. Exceptions to this are items purchased in the outlet section.

Regarding distribution partners, this supplier is usually REINKE International, a company specializing in furniture delivery.

If you are not ordering from Germany or Switzerland, you can also buy and order our furniture directly.
For end customers, delivery to the customer is subject to delivery costs depending on value and weight.

Delivery costs

For European Union countries

For purchases under 1.000,- EUR, the delivery costs are max. 20-50 EUR.

Between 1.0000-2.000,- EUR - these are mostly larger volumes and weight furniture - 80-140 EUR.

For purchases over 2.000,- EUR, the delivery costs for new furniture are covered.

Please ask for our offer to deliver larger items selected in the outlet section.

Outside Europe, we can offer you an exact delivery cost for all inquiries - selecting the most favorable and safest from the offers of the transport companies - which we will of course keep binding after the furniture has been made.

Ordering, payment

The order is valid for orders of new, individually configured furniture after a 50% deposit has been paid. The ordered piece will then be manufactured and completed within a maximum of 8 weeks from the date of payment.

Once the furniture is completed and ready, we will issue the next invoice for the remaining 50% before delivery. Once this is received, delivery will commence.

What to do if your parcel is damaged in transit.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, it should be reported to the delivery company employee, and while still in his/her presence, the parcel should be immediately unpacked to check together whether the contents of the parcel are damaged. If the parcel's contents are also damaged, the carrier must take a record of the damage to file a claim against the carrier company. If the parcel's contents are damaged to such an extent that the product ordered is unusable, do not take delivery of the parcel and ask the courier to return it immediately.

We will take care of the damage, and the damaged goods will be returned immediately. It would be helpful if you send us an e-mail with a few photos of the damage.

If you are not present when the parcel is picked up or if the damage is not visible from the outside, please report the damage to us within 3 days at the latest, with understandable photos; otherwise, the claim will be time-barred.

If the inside of the package is damaged during transport, this always involves damage to the packaging, so it is important to prove that the product was damaged in the packaging. To prove this, we always ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage to the shipping carton.
